I would like to draw your kind attention to the above-mentioned problem. Sir, Delhi is the capital of India and is supposed to be the safest place. But, I regret remarking that the law and order situation in the city was never so bad as it is today. The graph of crime in Delhi was never as high as it is today. The recent spate of murders is really a matter of great concern.
As you must be aware, recently on December 15, an old couple was murdered in south Delhi in broad daylight. It shows that the life of old people who stay at home has become unsafe. Sir, it is our humble duty to protect our senior citizens and make our society free from criminals.
You are, so, requested to gear up the police to act in a determined manner against the crime.
